Company Editorial Policy
This Editorial Policy addresses the approach that the Company1 uses to the creation, selection and management of content it presents and distributes for your use. This Policy addresses both the traditional topics related to the creation and management of publicly presented content, as well as the evolving use of artificial intelligence and other automation tools in the production of such content. This Editorial Policy describes our general editorial practices and transparency standards. It is not intended to provide legal advice or to replace any disclosure, labeling, professional, regulatory, or other requirement that may apply to a particular type of content, or the particular tools used in the creation of that content.
Editorial Independence: Our editorial decisions remain subject to the oversight of our editorial staff. Commercial considerations do not eliminate our obligation to present factual information responsibly. We may modify, reject, remove, or update content when accuracy, relevance, compliance, or editorial standards require it.
Sources and Accuracy: Our editorial process involves careful review of primary sources, including, but not limited to, professional organizations, government agencies, peer-reviewed research, industry references, source videos, transcripts, and other relevant materials. We strive to distinguish established evidence from professional opinion, interpretation, association, or areas where evidence remains limited. Because information can change and errors can occur, readers should not interpret publication on this website as a guarantee that every statement will remain current indefinitely.
Professional and Educational Content: Some content on this website may discuss topics relevant to the operations of our clients. These may include, but are not limited to, healthcare, clinical research, insurance and risk mitigation practices, general business practices, regulatory compliance, financial management, and legal or other professional subjects. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this material is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It should not be treated as individualized medical, legal, financial, insurance, tax, regulatory, or other professional advice. Readers should consult an appropriately qualified professional when advice specific to their circumstances is required.
Corrections and Updates: We may revise published content when:
• New information becomes available
• Regulations or professional standards change
• A factual error is identified
• Sources are updated
• Additional clarification would improve accuracy
• Editorial review identifies a need for revision
Where appropriate, an updated publication date may be displayed.
Reporting an Error: We welcome reasonable corrections. If you believe content on this website contains a factual error, outdated information, misleading statement, or other material concern, please contact us through the contact information provided on this website. Please identify the page in question and describe the issue so our editorial team can review it.
Editorial Records and Accountability: We may retain appropriate records relating to the preparation and review of published content, including source materials, citations, editorial review information, publication versions, and relevant approval records. These records support editorial accountability, quality control, and our commitment to responsible publishing.
The Integration of Automation Tools such as AI into Our Editorial Approach
Overview: We are committed to publishing useful, accurate, responsible, and professionally developed and reviewed content. Our editorial team creates this content, and while the team may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with research, organization, drafting, editing, summarization, and content optimization, these automation tools are used only as a supplement to the compilation and review of content by our dedicated team. While these tools support our editorial process, they are not used to independently produce content. We retain final editorial responsibility for all content produced by the Company.
Regardless of the language, research or analytical tools used to assist in its development, all Company produced content is always ultimately created, reviewed and edited by people before publication. This includes the selection and development of topics which we deem are relevant to our clients, the organization and presentation of that content for suitable use by our clients, and the technical review of that content to ensure:
• Factual accuracy
• Accuracy of material claims or assertions
• Clarity and context
• Assessment of the quality of sources relied upon.
• Relevance to the intended audience
• Appropriate use of citations and supporting references
Whenever content involves the presentation of key operational support topics for our clients, close attention is paid to the careful review of that content for accuracy and context. The presentation of suggestions is reviewed to ensure that the reader understands that these ideas represent the opinions of our informed editorial staff, and do not preclude other options which our clients might consider for integration into their operations. Some important topics which require such additional review and assessment include but are not limited to content involving clinical, legal, financial, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
The integration of automation tools such as language and research support provided by artificial intelligence is intended to complement, rather than replace, the substantive editorial judgment and responsibility of our staff. This support may include review of spelling, grammar, or formatting as well as some or all of the following:
• Organizing source material
• Developing article structure
• Drafting or revising content
• Summarizing source information
• Improving readability
• Identifying areas that may require additional research
• Search and content optimization
• Preparing supporting editorial materials
Nonetheless, in spite of the integration of these and other best-in-class technology tools to support the creation of quality content, ultimately, it is our staff, with decades of human experience in our business’ niches, which is responsible for content creation.
AI Transparency: We do not consider it appropriate to characterize the type of automation support described herein as “AI-generated”. As described in this policy, the use of artificial intelligence or other automated analytical or presentation tools, supports, but does not replace the development and review of that content by our human editorial team. As such, we do not, nor should we, label such content as AI-Generated.
However, we may, from time to time, identify content that has been independently generated by artificial intelligence, rather than produced through our own editorial process, which, upon review, we consider worthy of sharing with our public. In such cases, we will 1) Review such material for accuracy and relevance prior to inclusion in our presentation, and 2) Disclose the fact that such content has been AI-generated, and 3) Caution our readers to review that content for accuracy.
In addition, we may utilize automation support, including artificial intelligence, for any number of other reasons in the creation of material. When a particular use of artificial intelligence creates a specific disclosure obligation, we will disclose such use, which we may do directly alongside the affected content. Such circumstances may include:
- Realistic AI-generated or materially manipulated images, audio, or video
- Content that could reasonably be mistaken for an authentic person, event, statement, or recording
- Synthetic testimonials, reviews, endorsements, or representations of real individuals
- AI-powered interactive systems where disclosure may be required
- Regulated advertising or other uses subject to specific legal, professional, contractual, or platform requirements
AI-Generated Images, Audio, and Video: Artificial intelligence may occasionally assist in creating or modifying visual, audio, or video materials. When AI-generated or manipulated media could reasonably be mistaken for authentic media, we evaluate whether additional disclosure is appropriate or required. We do not knowingly use fabricated testimonials, quotations, endorsements, patient or client experiences, or representations of real people in a deceptive manner.
Policy Updates: Artificial intelligence technologies, professional standards, platform requirements, and applicable laws continue to evolve. We may update this policy as our editorial practices or applicable requirements change. The most current version of this policy will be maintained on this page.
